Engineers who design, and designers who build.
Spline Curves is a product design and contract manufacturing company in Vadodara, India. We team up with customers to deliver cost-effective products through design, low-volume prototyping and high-volume manufacturing.
A spline is a smooth curve drawn through a set of fixed points. That is how we think about making a product: every stage is a fixed point, and the work is getting from one to the next without a break.
Too often, a good design loses something between the drawing and the shelf. A material gets substituted, a finish gets simplified, a tolerance drifts, and the product that arrives is not quite the one that was approved.
We set up Spline Curves to close that gap. Our in-house design and manufacturing teams work together, so the people who understand why a detail matters are the same people responsible for getting it right.
Since 2017 we have manufactured ready-to-use products and assemblies across automotive, healthcare and medical devices, textiles, home décor and furniture. We began exporting to the US in 2019 and now ship to customers in Switzerland, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Spain and the Netherlands as well. Consistent quality and on-time delivery have earned us repeat business, and we're ready to serve more customers.

Founded by an engineer
Rutvij Kotecha
Founder
Rutvij founded Spline Curves in 2017. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from NIT Allahabad and a master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, USA.
That background shapes how we work: materials are chosen for how they will perform, welds and finishes are specified for the conditions a product will face, and designs are developed with manufacturing in mind from day one.
Our workshop
A 13,000 sq ft facility in Por GIDC, Vadodara, with tube and sheet stock on hand, CNC tube bending, forming, welding and assembly under one roof.

What we hold ourselves to
Precision
We measure, check and document. A product should be as consistent in the thousandth unit as it was in the first approved sample.
Ownership
If something goes wrong, it is ours to fix. One partner means one point of responsibility, with no handing problems between suppliers.
Honesty
We tell you what is realistic on cost, timing and quality before we start, and we keep you informed while we work.
