Our in-house design team gathers the customer’s requirements and develops a design that meets their specifications. After designing the extrusion cross-section, we will 3D print the parts for your approval.

We have partnered with an aluminum extrusion company which has an in-house tool room. This enables us to make the die and manufacture extrusions at very competitive rates and in the shortest possible time frames. 

 However, there is a much larger variety of extrusions to select from.  Based on our experience in designing custom structures, we select the  extrusions to optimize the cost without sacrificing the quality.

Although  mill finish aluminum extrusions are most commonly used, they can be  anodized or powder coated to variety of colors like black, red, purple  etc. 

The structures made from t-slot materials are extremely popular in industries like (but not limited to):
