Product Designing

While designing products, we pay special attention to: product design, usability, and materials selection.

We use SolidWorks for designing all mechanical products and their parts. By simulating fitment of different parts, we can check whether they form assemblies as expected. We can also check whether there is any interference and if there is sufficient tolerance for ease of assembly. These CAD models can also be 3D printed for making prototypes for testing purposes.

This allows us to drive concepts from ideation phase to prototypes very rapidly.

We also specialize in designing and fabricating fixtures. In order to have high repeatability and reproducibility of parts, we design fixtures specific to the geometry of the part and the operation to be carried out. Making custom fixtures also allows us to optimize production time.
