Product Designing

We design products on SolidWorks, which allows us to visualize their form, fit and function very accurately. 

During the initial phase of designing, we work closely with the customer to understand the function and use of the intended product. Subsequently we select the best material and design the product keeping in mind "design for manufacturing" (DFM) principles. 

These factors play a key role in optimizing the cost of the product, without sacrificing its quality. We also provide 3D printed prototypes and first articles of production units before starting production. This allows us to drive concepts from ideation phase to prototypes very rapidly. 

Our biggest strength is having in-house design team and manufacturing team. This synergy enables us to quickly design and fabricate fixtures and dies for machining, tube bending, welding, and testing manufactured products. In addition, we always design fixtures for ensuring consistency, and repeatability of manufactured parts. This also allows us to optimize production time.
